PDMI DE&I Diversity Statement

PDMI is proud to share our official statement on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). This statement was developed over several months by our DEI Council, a team of individuals, who, like us, are dedicated to creating an environment of belonging in which all team members thrive! It captures the significant changes various PDMI teams have helped to bring about while recognizing that our DEI work is an ongoing commitment for our organization.
