POLAND, OHIO (August 25, 2025)—Pharmacy Data Management, Inc. (PDMI) has once again achieved the distinction of being one of Ohio’s Best Places to Work.
Conducted by Workforce Research Group in partnership withCrain’s Cleveland Businessand Crain’s Content Studio-Cleveland, the Best Places to Work in Ohio survey and awards program identifies and honors thoseemployers who strive to make “workplaces great” for their team members. Selections are based on employee surveys evaluating workplace policies, practices, and systems. There are two employer categories: Small/Medium (15 – 249) and Large (250 or more). PDMI ranked19in the Small/Medium category.

To be considered, employees participated in a two-part survey process. The information gathered from this survey process served not only to achieve this distinction, but to provide the company’s leadership with keen insights to create and implement the changes, programs, and policies their team members value.
