Guided by our state-of-the art systems, PDMI's Pharmacy Call Center is staffed by skilled professionals experienced in helping pharmacies resolve their questions and manage overflows and other urgent issues.
PDMI can remotely perform call center operations allowing our Call Center representatives to respond as effectively as if they were physically onsite.
PDMI's Call Center is equipped and staffed to assist non-English speaking callers and callers with special needs, including voice/TTY features for the hearing-impaired.
Our Call Center operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern Time; Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time; and Sunday Noon to 4 p.m. Eastern Time.
