A Message from Our CEO:
There is nothing more important to us than the safety and wellness of our team, our family members, our communities, and of course, our valued clients. In consideration of the global COVID-19 pandemic, we have initiated protocols outlined in our Pandemic Business Continuity Plan. It is a strategic formula for providing the least disruptive customer service possible and operating within as many normal parameters as we are able at this time of uncertainty.
The details of the plan include but are not limited to: restricting travel into and out of our offices of operations, postponing all internal and company-based social events scheduled for the months of March and April 2020, and encouraging our team members to work from home if it is in their own best interest and the well-being of others. Our contingency planning makes it possible for us to offer seamless services while accommodating the work-from-home option. We deeply regret any inconvenience the social-distancing aspect may cause but are taking this step as a precaution for the safety of our team members, clients, guests, and vendors.
We understand that the concept of this or any pandemic can be overwhelming. While we are taking the risk seriously and are realistic about the likelihood of COVID-19 touching most people here, nationally, and globally in a personal way; we are also confident that, with diligence to the proper quarantine, prevention, and safety measures, things will normalize.
Please be assured that we are adhering to social-distancing standards for the safety of our team members and clients, as well as our families and communities. We urge you to continue to follow them and the CDC Guidelines for Preventing Illness. Take heart that this virus will eventually pass and that level-heads and sensible health practices are what is most helpful at this challenging time.
We wish you health and wellness as we join the nation and the world in working collectively and in the spirit of community toward a quick end for this pandemic.
Most Sincerely,
Doug Wittenauer, CEO
