Every implementation receives the same comprehensive strategy, ensuring that each critical detail is tackled. Our transition team is led by a dedicated project manager who creates and maintains a custom detailed timeline and oversees a thorough testing and outcomes program. Our overall transition goals focus on solid communication between PDMI and the client, ensuring that every project milestone is met on time, ultimately leading to as little member disruption as possible during the transition.

With each unique situation, we are able to anticipate and prevent problems that can plague a transition. Along with a seamless transition to PDMI’s systems, new clients receive a level of ongoing plan design set-up and support unparalleled in the industry. In addition, our proprietary software provides virtually infinite possibilities in plan design and formulary options that provide the flexibility needed to ensure competitive options into the future.

Once the transition has been completed, a member of the install team remains as a dedicated account manager to act as a liaison between PDMI and the client.
